We allow for the return of one (1) used pillow per order. If a customer is trying the MVMI Pillow for the first time and is unsure if they will love it, we expect that they purchase one (1) MVMI Pillow to try. Purchasing more than one (1) pillow, using them all and returning them all is costly and wasteful so we aim to avoid this with this policy. Return shipping on one (1) MVMI Pillow per order is free and paid for by MVMI. If a customer chooses to return their MVMI Pillow, they will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
